Brief: Create a brand identify for a craft distilled, non-alcoholic spirit start up business based in Scotland.
Solution: SKYE is a non-alcoholic spirit brand based in the Isle of Skye, producing three products, each with a unique flavour and based on a specific location on the Isle of Skye.

Brand Story
SKYE was founded in 1999 on the Isle of Skye, in Scotland, when sisters Fleur and Megan tasted a terrible mocktail. They realised this was a regular occurrence and something had to change, so SKYE’s journey began. Fleur and Megan researched the botanical distilling process and ingredients, built the distillery and grew the plants in their home town of Portree. A year later the first bottles were filled and orders placed.

INFUSED WITH BOTANICALS FROM THE ISLE OF SKYE
SKYE three products are each with a unique flavour and based on a specific location on the Isle of Skye.
Cullins
A crisp, zesty and bitter blend of handpicked Thistles, homegrown Hay mixed with a range of Citrus, & a bitter Bark aftertone. This blend has a crisp start with zesty top notes followed by a bitter finish from the bark. Simply serve with tonic & a twist of Grapefruit or Lemon peel to garnish. 
The Storr
An aromatic & warming blend of Allspice Berries & Citrus. The Allspice Berries mixed with the Blood Orange and Gorse creates a stalky, grassy character. This blend is the perfect cure for the cold bitter days on the Isle of Skye. Simply serve with tonic & the a twist of Blood Orange peel to garnish. 

Quiraing
A fresh & floral blend of hand-picked Heather & homegrown Peas and Elderflower with traditional garden herb distillates in celebration of the Scottish countryside in Summer. Simply serve with tonic & sugar snap Pea to garnish.
Brand Audience
SKYE is aimed towards anyone that wants to enjoy our flavoursome, natural, and luxurious non-alcoholic spirits. We feel there shouldn’t be restrictions on who can and can’t consume our products. Everyone has the right to enjoy our drinks for whatever reason.
However, our target group are middle class 25 - 50 year olds, who value quality and enjoy a relaxing drink in the evening but choose not to experience the consequences of alcohol.
